Corrections and out-of-date steps

If a step no longer matches what you see on screen, email [email protected] with the page URL, the product version or licence tier you are on, and what actually happened. Correction reports are the first thing we answer each day, and verified fixes are logged on the page itself.

Suggest a guide

Tell us the tool, the task and who is stuck — for example, "enrolling shared iPads for a two-form-entry primary" or "moving a 40-person nonprofit from Zoom to Google Meet". Requests that come from real deployments are how most of our checklists start.

Vendors and PR teams: email [email protected] with release notes, admin-console access or review units. We are happy to look at anything, we do not guarantee coverage, and we never agree to copy approval or a pre-agreed verdict.

Response times

We aim to reply within three business days. Corrections are usually faster. We are a small editorial team, so a nudge after a week is fair rather than rude.

What we cannot do

We cannot provide live IT support, administer your tenant, recover accounts or act as your help desk. If you are locked out of a system or have lost data, contact the vendor's support channel or your own IT provider first — that is always faster than we can be.
