Ownership

Unless stated otherwise, all content on rolloutready.com — articles, checklists, templates, diagrams, original screenshots, code samples, the site design and the RolloutReady name and logo — is © 2026 RolloutReady. All rights reserved.

What you may do without asking

  • Link to any page on this site, from anywhere, including commercial sites.
  • Quote a short extract — as a rule of thumb, no more than about 90 words — provided you attribute it to RolloutReady and link to the original page.
  • Print or save pages for your own use, and share a printed checklist internally with your own staff, students or team, unchanged and with our attribution intact.
  • Use our code samples in your own work. Code snippets published on this site may be used freely, with no attribution required and no warranty of any kind.

What requires written permission

  • Republishing a full article or checklist, on a website, intranet, newsletter, course platform or in print.
  • Translating our content, or producing a derivative version of it.
  • Selling, licensing or bundling our content, including inside paid training material or a commercial course.
  • Using our content to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models, or performing systematic automated extraction of this site.
  • Using the RolloutReady name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

Permission requests are usually granted for non-commercial educational use. Email [email protected] with the pages you want, where they will appear and for how long.

Third-party material

Product names, logos, screenshots and trademarks shown on this site — including those of Google, Microsoft, Apple, Zoom, Canvas, Moodle, ChatGPT and every other tool we write about — belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification and editorial commentary only. RolloutReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies.

If we have used your work

We make a point of licensing or creating the material we publish, but mistakes happen. If you believe something on this site is yours and should not be here, contact us directly or follow the process on our DMCA page. We would rather fix it in a day than argue about it for a month.
