These terms govern your use of rolloutready.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. The service

RolloutReady provides free editorial content about planning, deploying, supporting and training people on technology. We may also offer optional accounts, an email newsletter, downloadable templates and, in future, paid products. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any account; interfere with its operation, security or availability; scrape or harvest content or member data by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; or use the content in the ways restricted by our Copyright page.

3. Accounts and newsletters

If you create an account or subscribe, you must give an email address you control and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that is used abusively.

4. Comments and submissions

Anything you post or send us — comments, corrections, suggested topics — must be yours to share and must not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringing. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, reproduce and distribute it in connection with the site. We may remove any submission for any reason.

5. Technical guidance is not a guarantee

Our guides describe steps that worked on the versions and configurations stated. Your environment, licence tier, policies and data are your responsibility. Back up before you change anything significant, test on a small group before a wide rollout, and follow your own organisation's security, procurement and safeguarding rules. See the Disclaimer.

6. Third-party sites and products

We link to vendors, documentation and other publishers. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, products, pricing or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the site and its content are reserved except as set out on the Copyright page.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RolloutReady and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost profits, downtime or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RolloutReady against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and contact
